      unsupportive management, many seem to be protecting their roles, outsourced model is difficult to manage

      Great culture, generally good, CEO supports led and work balance. Good senior management. Credo. Credo. Credo. Credo. Credo credo. Overall friendly environment. People focused on work and projects. Good pipelines in the past several years thanks to good BD team.

      Cons

      Some manager is very ego oriented and not ethical. Some manager is very unfair, would smile at you but stub you in the back. Be aware and stay away from the manager like that.
