Great health benefits and 401K Plan

Cons

They do not advance or promote their Administrative Professionals. Dead-end job/position. AAs are treated poorly and disrespected by senior executives; a fact that is known company wide yet condoned and part of their culture across the entire company. Treated like maids and waitresses by VPs with big egos.

They have great benefits both health and financial. Bonus and merit increase every year.

Cons

It is a Big company with a flat organization so it can be difficult to move up without leaving your group.
