      Pros

      They value a respectful environment, diversity inclusion and bias-free decisions. Compensation package is good and, although more aligned to Consumer goods market thant to Pharma, this is solved with a lot of onsite convenience benefits.

      Cons

      Local business lack strategic alignment with Global business. Local business leadership is too risk averse and when trying to innovate, the walk more in the direction of reinventing the wheel than searching for some disruptive solution.
