      senior scientists as just pair of hands, no brain needed

      Pros

      They have great employee benefits such as community garden plot, gym on site and health initiatives. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Constant change, hiring phd's to do repetitive lab work and never included in scientific discussions, no flexibility, no team spirit, no appreciation.

      Pay is good and so are the benefits. They do Invest in very good training and development for their employees and the products are high quality

      The culture is very cutthroat and there is rapant nepotism throughout.
