      Pros

      16 weeks for maternity leave, 8 weeks for paternity leave. Up to 40 hours for family work time (take your kid to doctors etc) plus 40 hours of sick leave.

      Cons

      Headcount is always the barrier for anyone to get promoted. Really need to distinguish yourself among the herd to get noticed

      It seemed like they valued their employees and their individual strengths

      Cons

      Due to the size of the organization goes everything slower. You have to complete a lot of steps, through a lot of people to achieve the result. Sometimes even unnecessary steps
