      Pros

      For a very big company they work on engagement. Pay fair and have good benefits. Pension, 401K matching, tons of resources for your financial planning. Great CEO, great Pipeline, If you have good partners , you can do great here.

      Cons

      Company is sadly bloated. It has a hard time navigating around the changing market landscape. Tend to repeat the same thing even if it's not working.
