      Pros

      The reason people stay is because of the great benefits and the people that work here. I've made great friends here and stay because of these two reasons.

      Cons

      With the merger, even though not much has changed, the pressure and culture is changing. My current manager is a micromanager and creates an environment based on criticism and bullying. I want to run but need a job.
