      There is for a assistant scientist room for exploration and personal development. Broad spectrum of projects and chance to grow within the organisation.

      Cons

      Management is fair but room for improvement, re-organisation is ongoing for years. Budget is not always clear on the short and long term.

      Good benefits, good pay, challenging work

      Cons

      Too conservative. It takes forever to do simple things. Level of complexity is magnified by the decentralized nature of the business and lack of cohesive vision. Overly tight budgets results in an inability to provide sufficient staffing while at the same time trying to be all things to all people.
