      Pros

      Well nothing except Johnson & Johnson global equity.

      Cons

      Janssen India- Pathetic culture. Miserable compa ratio. No growth path. No regional or global exposure. They use J&J brand to fool around deserving students of premiere B-schools. Demoted and fired cabdidtaes from IIM-L, JBIMS, ISB.

      Pros

      You can actually make an impact and create your own career path. If you make the effort you can really do great science. Portfolio is second to none. Scientific leadership is amazing if you can have the opportunity to work with them.

      Cons

      They call JnJ the golden handcuffs for a reason. People stay because the benefits and culture are great. However as a result there are some career 9-5ers that have lost their zeal for science. Either they don’t try to move their own careers in the right direction or are resistant to change and dislike new leadership. Can zap others morale to be around it.
