Pros
So many pros - very smart colleagues, great inclusive environment, real commitment to doing what is best for our patients, high ethical standards, great compensation and best benefits in the industry, feeling that everybody belongs at the company, tons of internal resources, company culture based on mutual respect, great work-life balance, commitment to the health of employees (healthy food in cafeteria, access to free great gyms, etc.) Really, an amazing place to work.
Cons
Because it is a large organization, sometimes it is difficult to figure out who to connect with. Complexity affects areas such as procurement, compliance processes, etc. Not necessarily a con, but the culture is based on networking... so forming strong relationships and keeping them alive is critical to success.
