      Pros

      Worst company I have ever worked in. The senior leaders are fine but middle management is driven by ego and power - I worked there for 3 and a half years and by far the most toxic workplace I have ever experienced. The ‘credo’ they go by puts employees first but from my experience, all they do for their employees is try to keep them happy with pointless ‘perks’ while working them into the ground with no praise. Completely profit driven and couldn’t give a sh!t about the welfare of their staff or their teams

      As above - an absolute sh!t tip to work in. If you’re considering a job here, don’t.
