      The work is exciting and important, and their hours/work schedule is flexible despite high work demands.

      Cons

      They make a strong point to segregate the permanent employees from the contract ones, from participation in social events, email signatures, and even badge color. As a contract employee, it does make you feel lesser and expendable.
