      Pros

      Nice office, good team, fairly good benefits. Work life balance is good if you set boundaries.

      Cons

      Return to office approach too aggressive and does not benefit employees. Company is incredibly siloed and can feel political. Some parts of company act independently, which can make collaboration difficult. Slow progression.
