Pros

Decent pay and management pays attention to what you do. Good company culture but you have to choose to participate.

Cons

Sometimes have to work random hours for on call but you'll be compensated for it.

Pros

Decent pay with plenty of options to move from interesting project to project and job to job. Flexible working times and decent company benefits.

Cons

The graduate scheme is a vapid and vacuous shell of a programme. Line managers with no training are expected to take time out of their day to "teach" you, but as all hours have to be booked and there's no money made available for training, there's no time for them to help. The graduate scheme is a serious of annoying hoops for you to jump through without any clear direction and aren't designed to improve your skills at all. It's a fairly relaxed place to work but I wouldn't recommend to graduates.
