Hybrid friendly environment. Good work culture. Fascinating work. Nice people to work with. Loan repayment program ($300 per month).

Cons

Not friendly with full remote work anymore. Hybrid friendly 2-3 days a week onsite. Pay is on low end for the industry.

The company was a pleasure to work for as long as I didn't cause any noise.

Cons

Was told that my personality didn't jive with the team so I reached out to HR for a transfer or amicable exit... got fired no notice instead.

Leadership at the Tampa branch is unbelievably toxic. 3 People were hired in on our team, showed up to work for 1 week and quit the next. They have no experience working in a professional organization. Don't expect to be treated like a human being.
