Pros

Pay is good and Fridays are half days

Cons

Poor benefits package: only six holidays, 3 weeks PTO for the first five years (including vacation, sick days, bereavement, etc.), health insurance options are expensive, and while they technically offer partial tuition reimbursement, management will routinely deny your legitimate reimbursement request. Office atmosphere is very cliquish and management cares very little for individual employees. You are a cog in a wheel that can easily be replaced, not a valued member of the team. Also routinely expected to work overtime

Pros

Some friendly colleagues that you will want to take with you to your next job.

Cons

This is the place that you will sue for breaching so many employment rules in the UK. They do at will employment in the UK when it's illegal here. Discriminatory. Poor pay. Long hours, no overtime pay. No equal opportunities, it is all nepotism all the way. Worst employer in the world. You'll wish you never left your last job. Management is totally incompetent and unsupportive. Never trust a word from them, they never mean what they said. Everyone is out to sabotage so there is no trust here. Expect Wells Fargo like scandalous treatment here. The executives pocket all the money and set up unrealistic billability targets. Rather than firing themselves for poor management and illegal practices, they blame it on the junior staff the Wells Fargo CEO way.

Pros

Some interesting projects and, as with any company, some nice colleagues to work with. Good network of offices so you have a chance to work almost anywhere.

Cons

Pretty poorly organised and with very poor resource management. You can forget the slogan 'people are our greatest asset' all that matters is billability.
