Great opportunities across the business if youre willing to be mobile and relocate. Merger with Ch2m, benefits remain to be seen if they develop. Many offices around the uk which allow you to hot desk and balance life with work when needed. Hundreds of genuinely good people at the company who love the company, friendly culture. All the training desired is available at the company for any early professional.

Cons

Company is financially driven. Little to none senior management roles held by employees of different ethnic background. Focus is primarily on promoting woman to senior positions however company is overlooking the full benefits of diversity. Elimiantes many of its valued employees who have dedicated their careers for over 30 years to put Jacobs in the position they are in to cut costs- no loyalty. Very demoarlising to see as a young professional.
