Pros

The company has several contracts, and a lot of work to be done. But I don't think this will continue due to the lack of quality being produced.

Cons

Poor management... they waste most of the job budget on very high salaried people in meetings where very little if anything is accomplished. Then the rest of the team has to work late and on weekends to throw the drawings together.

Pros

The colleagues that I met at Jacobs were all very nice and most are fairly good at what they do.

Cons

The company shuffle you like sardines in a box and move you to new offices when ever one project ends and you are fortunate enough to get on to another assignment. There are extreme favoritism by the management.regardless of your skills or qualifications or the results you delivered. This is extremely demoralizing. There is zero manager to employee feedback during the year and only on your performance review do you get a sense on how well or how poorly you've done in management's eyes. This typically is more subjective than objective and even when you've done significantly more than what the position calls for, you will be rated average.
