JE is an 'employee friendly' organization with super management. Managers at all levels recognize the value of employees which makes one feel respected & trusted. Their compensation & benefits packages are as good as any and better than most; great variety of medical benefits to choose. I think one of the better benefits offered is their 401K plan; it is administered by Vanguard Mutual Funds which is the best-of-the-best no-load fund companies with the lowest expense ratios in the industry.

Cons

I can't think of any. I enjoyed my time & the work with Jacobs.

Pros

Proactive managers. Engaged and engaging ethical corporate officers. Strong, supportive HR. Intriguing work conditions.

Cons

Some of their customers can be raw and abrasive. Inconsistency in training staff. Contracts wax and wane, not a ding on the company but on the employment stability in this line of business.
