Pros

Good pay but there is a reason....

Cons

...only because they have to pay more to get people in the door. Health benifits are the $700 a month for a family and this is a 50,000+ company!. My compnay was a quired by Jacobs and after a year there is less than 20% left of that company (C&B). THey say people are our greatest asset but in reality people are more of a hinderence. You have to do business thier way or it is the wrong way and thier way does not work. Avoid working here unless you have no other option and if you do go here keep looking for another job.

Pros

Diverse projects to work on. Management is understanding about life/work balance. Getting time off isn't a problem as long as it doesn't conflict with customer support or work effort.

Cons

Too much re-organization going on and seems like upper management has a high turnover rate. Employee perks lacking or not enough selections. IT infrastructure and response is a bit flaky. Performance review has too many flaws. Career advancement opportunities is limited. Training or mentoring is not so great.

Pros

High Salaries to start with - unless you are low-balled when you are hired. Be careful about that. Nice co-workers for the most part. Good hours - and flexible schedules for most positions.

Cons

Incompetent Management No communication Wrong management structure. Your actual manager can be someone you have little to no contact with - while the senior person that you work with every day has no control over your performance review or retention.
