Benefits are now really not worth signing up for, you can probably get something better on your own, the quote people are our greatest asset is a false statement, I can say with no doubt the managers want nothing but the cheapest product with no regard for quality or safety, we have lost so many clients just with the mere mention of outsourcing our work and design. Health care benefit is bad, choosing best healthcare will cost to Jacobs employee almost equivalent to Walmart employee's minimum paycheck. No job security even how good you are in the job or considered company job performer. Management will not invest to pay you couple weeks while waiting for maybe future projects. It is a public company so if you do not have projects line-up you will get laid-off even the next day.
