Pros
Good pay for those that are just starting out. The hours are flexible and we have short days on Fridays ( done at 11am). Everyone is friendly.
Cons
You do not get sick days or vacation time. You ONLY get PTO ( 3 weeks) but they dont let you use it when you want. You only get 2 hours of PTO a week so you have to let it build up before you can even take time off. They wont pay you for time off for a death in the family but they will pay you for jury duty. There is no room for advancement. They will tell you that you can learn multiple jobs but no one really wants to teach you anything. It gets very slow when we are getting done with a job. They cut hours and/or do layoffs. No job security.
