Generally high salaries, extremely talented coworkers, teamwork, in my jobs I have been trusted by leadership to make decisions, and it has been very motivating.
Cons
The benefits are not good, The company is still siloed. Sales has failed the company (in my opinion) due to lack of accountability.
Big construction/engineering company. Well known of getting high profile projects. Willing to take risk even how difficult the project is.
Cons
Poor management judgement. Some biases and favoritism in terms of decision making. Management prefer more with who they know and not what you know. Health care benefit is bad, choosing best healthcare will cost to Jacobs employee almost equivalent to Walmart employee's minimum paycheck. No job security even how good you are in the job or considered company job performer. Management will not invest to pay you couple weeks while waiting for maybe future projects. It is a public company so if you do not have projects line-up you will get laid-off even the next day.
