Pros

An upward moving company which pays well.

Cons

Low morale and unfair promotion practices. Absolutely no recognition for a job well done. A culture of "you can easily be replaced" is prominent and pompously embraced. The motto "people are our greatest asset" can be a slap in the face. Wrong people are placed in management positions, and continuously make bad judgements regarding promotions. managers performing reviews sometimes don't work in the same state and have no clue what a person's job really entails.

Overworked and no development

Pros

Unfortunately there are very few pros from working at this company.

Cons

The business model is for all of project team to be 100% billable and there is never enough hours to complete the work. Overtime and extra hours are always expected evening and weekends, with no extra pay. It is a very high stress environment with a blame culture if timelines are not met.

Lots of Talk

Pros

- Lots of smart, hard-working people making a difference. - Great "thoughts" around mental health matters and diversity and inclusion.

Cons

- Some corporate functions (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) are worked past exhaustion; too much work and they are constantly cutting staff - Launched mental health matters program to compliment or expand on their safety program (BeyondZero). Would be great except while leaders are preaching take care of yourself and we take care of our people out of one side of their face, they are barking get more done with less staff and less money from the other side... Then when you're used up and exhausted, they lay you off.
