      Someone's mentioned this before but this is the place to work if you want to do the least as possible Flexibility and good work life balance

      Cons

      No training budget No progression No use of specialist software for discipline Narcisstic and lazy line managers Come here if you want to remain stagnant in your career

      Salary; Flexible schedule; the view from my office; and the restaurants in the vicinity.

      Cons

      Inept management; money-driven, not safety driven; and conduct, integrity, and business ethics are questionable. The team/project to which you are hired or assigned can make or break the way in which your role develops.
