Pros

Opportunities to travel globally and work on different projects. Better than average pay at the expense of lower than average PTO/Benefits.

Cons

Political BS, empty promises. The company values employees only if you happen to get into the right circles. Otherwise you are a piece of meat, expendable at the end of each project.

Pros

Very comfortable environment with management team that recognizes hard work and dedication. Great people to work with and innovative projects and technology.

Cons

Work loads occur in cycles. You can find yourself in a lull at times and at other times, OT work and weekend work will be needed to meet schedule.

Pros

The flexible work day the 'billable hours' setup lets me pick how my time is allocated, which seems to result in more personal liberty and less micromanaging by managers

Cons

billable hours means if your work dries up, it can be a problem to find additional jobs where your help is needed
