Pros
I learned a lot about safety, and working in a plant type of atmosphere, everyday was different, and to be able to learn how to realize hazards before performing any tasks became a major factor that helped throughout a full day of work.
Cons
Although it was a good place to work, in which it could of been a potential career for me and others, the only downside to Jacobs was letting others get inside your own thought process, if I wouldn't of let anyone and what they say or feel about me get to me and effect how I work, then I would say everything else is ok about it.
