      Good place if you are further in your career.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Laid back atmosphere. If you work hard you will be recognized and given opportunities. If you are slacker, you will slide through and still have a job.

      Cons

      No development!! If you have 20+ years of experience this is a great "career", if you are withing 7 yrs of your career you are in trouble. Weak to non-existing leadership.
