Pros

Most of the people are wonderful. There is a good amount of independence which comes with a lock of oversight.

Cons

Very poorly managed by higher-ups. They can’t budget - Salaries reflect this. Petty politics are constantly being played. The SMEs are staffed by other sub contractors. They’ll promote from within, but only to title, not compensation.
