Pros

working conditions, people in all disciplines were competent and cooperative, safety in and out office was always emphasized. some flexibility in hours worked was a plus.

Cons

Traffic in office area was difficult. lots of work share with overseas offices required to reduce cost per hour to clients means less US workforce. Layoffs cycle common in this line of work.

Pros

When I was there, the working environment was generally acceptable; most people were nice; managers were reasonable; the supervisors were not pushing. There were often in house training.

Cons

No idea how it turns out to be now. They did not financially support training outside of the company. The salary was a little lower than some other similar companies.

Pros

Good salary and vacation policy. Pretty good benefits. Mentors are easy to find and everyone is generally very nice and helpful.

Cons

A lot of the work received depends on winning bids. If the company doesn't get a bid, you might not have a job to work on. With the current downturn in oil prices, projects are scarce, and thus many people were let go. It's the nature of the business, unfortunately.
