Pros

Decent pay depending on age Great opportunity for young adults to get hospitality experience in a large hotel

Cons

Regularly overbooked Guests are entitled and upper management allows staff to be verbally abused by guests High demands and standards without proper training Upper management have zero care for staff moral Zero diversity training or understanding of staff from different backgrounds even though they have international interns Do not handle staff conflict appropriately Racist culture throughout the office even through to the upper management
