Pros

The location is perhaps the only advantage of working here for Ankara. While you might have the chance to meet some great people, employee turnover is quite high, with many leaving shortly after starting. This ongoing turnover likely explains the frequent job openings.

Cons

Working here is nothing short of pure exploitation—this place will drain you mentally, physically, and emotionally without a shred of remorse. You are nothing but a disposable tool, used and discarded to serve the selfish ambitions of others. Promotions are handed out like candy to those who manipulate and exploit their subordinates, with ridiculous titles like 'Director' given to people managing just one employee in a corporation of hundreds. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant, and genuine talent is ignored in favor of those who play politics. Expect to be constantly belittled and micromanaged to an absurd degree. You’ll be criticized for the most ridiculous things—yes, even for smiling too much. Your ideas and hard work will be stolen and paraded around as someone else's achievement while you’re left invisible and undervalued. If you think long hours will earn you recognition, think again—working from 5:30 AM until 2:00 AM is considered ‘normal,’ and you won’t see a dime for all those extra hours. Work-life balance is a joke, and burnout is inevitable. And don't think HR is there to help—they exist solely to protect the company's interests, not yours. Raise a concern, and you’ll be gaslit, pressured, and ultimately pushed to resign instead of being supported. The entire system is built to silence and exploit employees at every turn. In short, working here means signing up for exploitation, disrespect, and zero appreciation. If you value your sanity and dignity, stay far, far away.
