- free food - some nice people - benefits, hotel discounts

Cons

- bad management - very greedy - this is franchised and they do whatever is good for them, they pay worse than Marriott brand should - no culture - no appreciation - no growth

The continues training that is geared toward improving your performance in any job that you are asked to perform. The ability to always be the best customer service associate that you can be!

I have no complaint! Marriott was always fair and they pay well!

Sometimes money is good, and they offer decent benefits.

Cons

Literally everything. The accountant here screws everyone’s paycheck at least once a month and you don’t get paid correctly your full amount. Scheduling is a nightmare, you can have certain days OFF your availability and they’ll still schedule you on those days anyway and make you responsible for it! Haha what a crock! Management is spotty and they pay you $3 hour and expect so much out of you for it.
