Good pay. Lots of Hours in summer. Nice resort environment.

Cons

Early shifts, rude and demanding customers. Teamwork did not exist. If you had a difference of opinion to many coworkers they did not talk with you. Very liberal atmosphere, not very accepting of other opinions. The store has very enclosed spaces not very well suited to such a large hotel.

Woeful salary - lower classed hotels in London pay double for the same position Discriminatory environment, people getting hired based on "good looks" over performance, shocking from the worlds largest hotel company
