      Pros

      Can make good money in the right position, but what you get hired on at is pretty much where you will stay, expect a pittance for pay rate increases

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional Bad W/L balance, long hours Unprepared for job in multiple ways Lack of materials, poor or non-existent training No organization or effort to make organization

      Pros

      Great benefits, if you are full time. good compensation for holidays and extra effort.

      Cons

      Short staffed and they will over work you to fill those extra tasks that need to be done. They will require flexible hours, your schedule is going to be all over the place and overtime might be pushed on you. You cant eat rent or partake in the property unless you ask for permission ahead of time. You can't sit. They don't care if its 30 - 20 degrees out side or 100+ if you have to stand by the door outside for 12+ hrs you will have to.
