Work life balance, Interesting technologies, Challenging day to day work, Good Environment. The culture is great at the office. A place where you can not only improve your work life, but also improve yourself as a person.

Cons

If you do not want to be challenged or doesn't have proper communication. Jfrog is not the place for you.

Pros

People: The people are absolutely amazing, great work environment, you are always free to talk with anyone in the company, even the CTO/CEO. You feel always attended, at home, every visit to the offices is a pleasure, very well organized. I have always a big smile. Tech: Of course, the company is not perfect, some mistakes are inevitable but the company is always evolving and growing (real and organic growth). I've been here for about 2 years and it is amazing to see how the company adapts to the new challenges, inventing new strategies, evolving the products and always with very high quality.

Cons

As the growth is so fast sometimes the communications between teams is not perfect, but it is totally understandable, I think it is not fair for me to write any "con".
