      Pros

      A very demanding company, but very fulfilling. You work hard, but feel the results. You get to make an impact and see it. Excellent peers help me get better. Less ego, more results. Respect and open ears. Although not always seen, HR and management give a lot of priority to personal mental well being and health.

      Cons

      Not for the faint hearted. Not a lot of tolerance for mediocrity. Things move very fast and change often. This can be hard at times. Sometimes the pressure is hard and for a long duration. Pressure from management can get tough at times.

      1. The people - surrounded by a great team and team lead, will assist anytime. 2. The office - great location, amazing offices. 3. The work - always challenging, learning new stuff every day. 4. The conditions - all I can ask for.
