      I'm about two and a half months into cultivating on a new region. The pros would be the level of support from a proper enterprise sales org that's committed to selling the best DevSecOps tool in the world is behind me. The enablement content is very helpful and thorough. The salary is competitive and there are stock grants.

      I'm isolated in my region but I'm connected most of the time online.
