Really about internal growth and wanted to see individuals grow with the company. I feel valued with this company, they care about your home life, not just a work robot to them so to speak.

      There is a lot of things that go on in the company and sometimes that takes away from individuals as a team. You will be doing a lot of things on your own so having experience prior to this is important.
