Great place to work for

Pros

Great people to work for / with. The founders are very good people with a good state of mind. The company accept people for what they are, and is open for diversity, but in a real way, where you can really have different opinion than the mainstream. The people are great, and I made very good friends down the road. The work is very technological, we develop tools for SW engineers. Our customers are smart technical people, and they can smell BS from far away, hence, we have to keep it real, and provide good solutions for real problems. The work itself is very interesting and challenging. It is never boring.

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility with work from office. 3 days from the office is mandatory. If you are looking for mostly remote, this is not the place for you.

Pros

With JFrog my ability to impact the company depends on me. The JFrog codex, which is rigorously kept, encourages employees to innovate, take initiative, and requires management at all levels to maintain open communication with all employees. Usually, with other companies, I have seen these values stated, but not implemented. In JFrog though, they are carefully followed, which for the employees means their achievements and influence, are up to them. Also, its a great bunch of friendly people

Cons

I'll add when I find them

Pros

Team spirit, high level technology, growing product, good work-life balance, great offices with lots of treats

Cons

Blender shift, which is a 1-week period in which a developer is fully dedicated to solving customer issues, can be tough. But it only happens once every couple of months, and the process keepsn improving all the time.
