      * Communication and help among teams and in teams. * JFrog CEO cares a lot about the company, and is always pushing to new opportunities, he also shares the vision and future outlook of the company * You get good feedback for tasks.

      * You don't get exposed to other products in JFrog, and you don't always understand the full picture.

      Team spirit, high level technology, growing product, good work-life balance, great offices with lots of treats

      Cons

      Blender shift, which is a 1-week period in which a developer is fully dedicated to solving customer issues, can be tough. But it only happens once every couple of months, and the process keepsn improving all the time.

      1. Lots of opportunities to work on lots of interesting technologies. 2. DevOps space itself is very interesting and the work that you do is rarely boring. 3. Good people around you who are smart and helpful. 4. HR Policies tend to have improved over time, though still needs some work. 5. Good salary with good amount of RSUs.

      Cons

      1. Release cycles tend to be chaotic. 2. Product and Engineering sync needs to be better. Product needs to push and take a stand, which does not happen often. 3. Sometimes the Indian team is hesitant to push back, which have caused issues that could have avoided.
