      Very technical and professional developers, innovation driven company In the last years work life balance improved dramatically Managers at lower and mid levels are mostly fine and professional

      Cons

      The migration from startup to full enterprise culture isn’t complicated yet, a lot of gaps still draw us back Higher management seems to be little of the field and not aligned with the needs on the ground

      Pros

      Great people to work for / with. The founders are very good people with a good state of mind. The company accept people for what they are, and is open for diversity, but in a real way, where you can really have different opinion than the mainstream. The people are great, and I made very good friends down the road. The work is very technological, we develop tools for SW engineers. Our customers are smart technical people, and they can smell BS from far away, hence, we have to keep it real, and provide good solutions for real problems. The work itself is very interesting and challenging. It is never boring.

      Cons

      Not a lot of flexibility with work from office. 3 days from the office is mandatory. If you are looking for mostly remote, this is not the place for you.
