      Pros

      I can't say enough about the people and the culture. It's a genuinely positive and collaborative environment where everyone is willing to help out. The company goes above and beyond to make the workplace enjoyable, with awesome team events and great in-office benefits. It feels like a real community, not just a workplace.

      Cons

      One of the biggest challenges is the hiring process. Sometimes, new team members are brought in without the necessary background, which unfortunately adds complexity and can hinder our progress. I believe the leadership team would thrive with some external support and coaching to help them hone their skills and guide the company through its next phase of growth.
