Honestly, the work environment is perfect for anyone who loves the excitement of being one step away from a meeting that starts with, "We need to talk." Stay long enough and you’ll definitely get a “thanks for your time” email, if you're lucky, they'll even invite you to a farewell meeting! Highly recommend if you're into living on the edge of career instability.

(You’ll be highly optimized right out the door, though.) Meetings, meetings, and more meetings: The "open-door policy" means you'll be pulled into another meeting at any given moment to discuss things that could’ve been solved by a quick Slack message. But hey, at least you’ll be really good at pretending you’re listening by the 50th meeting of the week.
