Pros

Great Product that customers do seem to like Nice Co-Workers

Cons

Micromanagement at the highest level No Work-Life Balance Extremely pushy when a deal is happening and letting you fall like a hot potato when not The higher management is constantly lying Low holidays, paternity and they give you hell for taking the days you have The CEO and CRO are more like cult leaders

Pros

Everyone has a voice, everyone can make a difference. Team spirit never dies, always something exciting around the corner. The offices are great places to work. Never dread coming in. CEO is awesome! He's funny, down to earth, really cares about his employees and is leading the company to success. Perks: Catering, mass transit, gym fees, car chargers, nice desks and equipment, fair expense policies, great company parties. Plenty of chances to succeed. If you have respect, drive, and innovation, you can make a difference in how the company operates. Products are unparalleled in the industry, always great to be behind highly desired software with no competition.

Cons

Just like traffic, you have a few people that are just in it for themselves and make it harder for everyone else. It's rare here, rarer than anywhere else I have worked, so it's really just a fact of life. If you are hoping for a job that gets easier as time goes on and the hours get shorter, you're in the wrong place. This is a place for people who work hard because they want the company to succeed, the customers to be happy and to enrich themselves. Minumum-effort people are not well-respected and don't do well here. Work like tends to bleed into personal time often.
