Pros

- Strong start-up mentality, APAC is a growth area and a wise friend once told me, a rising tide lifts all boats; but it can be overwhelming if you've not experienced life in a growing company. - Great leadership, at least within my domain (would mention it but I'd be doxxing myself). - Pretty much everyone I've worked with has been great and welcoming. I'd heard stories of toxicity in the past, but that things have improved significantly of late (take that as you will). - Branding sometimes comes across as brash, young, energetic, and in certain parts of the company that's true; but there are many pockets of introversion and wise old heads - pick your poison.

Cons

- Processes aren't always well established, which can be disorienting, That said, this can be an advantage to those setting up or influencing the processes. - Culture can get some getting used to - if you've interviewed, saw the recruitment materials, followed JFrog folks on LinkedIn and you're going "this definitely isn't for me", then this likely isn't for you. But if you're on the fence, I'd say you have a decent enough chance of getting used to it. The public-facing culture isn't misleading but it's amplified. - depending on role, time-zones can be tricky; calls can often include folks from all three regions (APAC, EMEA, and the Americas).
