      - welcoming culture - some of the best, brightest and most passionate people I have ever worked with - management definitely recognizes and rewards hard work - lots of opportunity for growth - catered lunch

      Pros

      There's an excellent culture of getting work done in a light environment. The ability to take personal initiative is limitless and always appreciated. Perhaps a small but telling point, co-workers are always careful to give the right person credit for an idea or project.

      Cons

      It's a fast charging company so you need to be pushing forward too.
