      Pros

      JFrog is an incredible place to work. The people and the culture are amazing, everyone lends a helping hand when needed, and the leadership is humble and easy to talk to. I feel like the executive team truly cares about the employees and their success and wellbeing. In terms of the technology, there's always a new challenge at JFrog, new opportunities to learn the most advanced technologies out there and be at the epicenter of DevSecOps.

      Cons

      With a huge growth spurt in recent years, not all processes are in place, which makes it difficult to get things done sometimes. Work life balance isn't easy to manage, but if you know how to manage your time and put boundaries in place, you'll be OK.
