      Pros

      Everyone are very technology oriented. Directors write code, let alone team-leads. The management really understands software development lifecycle, and how deliver software products well, and the bar for the engineers is high. Even positions who are less techy usually, from Product, through marketing and HR, have more than a basic understanding of what everyone is doing.

      Cons

      - The landscape is not intuitive, mid-level candidates that don't have any devOps/Security experience, will take longer to understand it. - The company has some big name clients, so it comes with some obvious stress once in a while.

      - Openes for moving internally between positions and great process around that - Great tech stack - all 3 big cloud providers, k8s, terraform, helm, etc - The management is very transparent with the employees - You can get a lot of responsibility and the company is open to changes if you are proving the value & business benefit

      Cons

      - The company is very dynamic - needs to be aligned and prepared for constant changes - which can be great for many people, depends what you are looking for
