Management treat you like a slave. worst work life balance ever. they are very conservative and hate working from home, they want to watch over you 24/7. They keep some senior workers that insult other workers and cause them to leave. and it all comes from the top management. The place is like a cult, no one understand what their mission is but the CEO says some nonesense about changing the world. that's also why their stock dropped. they also don't pay well.

company growth brought new managers that don't care about your contribution to the company. veteran people are afraid to talk about it, its very easy for new employees to complain to their managers. they tell you about the jfrog codex, but at the end they don't care about you at all. until they figure what's happening many people will leave the company. I don't recommend working for Jfrog.
